Are you a licensed insurance professional with strong leadership skills? Do you excel in customer service and office management? We are seeking a Customer Service / Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure exceptional client experience - all in a fully remote role.
Position Overview
As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing office operations while providing leadership and support to the team. Your skills will be essential in maintaining efficiency, fostering client relationships, and driving office success.
Responsibilities
  • Manage office operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to the team
  • Oversee customer service interactions, ensuring high-quality support
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and agency policies
  • Collaborate with the agent on business strategies and goals
Requirements
  • Active insurance license (Property/Casualty, Life/Health)
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
  • Experience in customer service and office management

This is a remote position.

Compensation $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
